Ticketed Event Info / Ticket Fees

VenuWorks provides full Catering & Concessions to the Bridge View Center.

First priority for scheduling facilities and dates at Bridge View Center is given to state, and national conventions, trade shows, meetings, and similar activities that generate significant attendance from outside the Bridge View area, and have a significant impact on the hotel and hospitably industries in terms of hotel patronage. Generally, this involves events that require a significant block of hotel rooms.

General rules and regulations have been established to insure public safety and so that Bridge View Center’s employees, users and related service providers are working in a safe and orderly environment. Any requests for variations or exceptions should be submitted to management personnel of the Center and must be approved in writing. Acceptance of a Banquet Event Order signifies that the Client agrees to all terms of the standard Bridge View Center Use Agreement.

1. ASSIGNMENT OF DATES

All prospective Licensees must contact the General Manager to determine availability of dates. Bridge View Center will tentatively reserve requested dates after completion of the Initial Information Sheet and acceptance by Bridge View Center General Manager.

The License Application must include the following information:
