Food & Beverage Manager | Executive Chef 

The Bridge View Center and VenuWorks is seeking a full-time Food & Beverage Manager | Executive Chef for a multi-use facility hosting 400+ events annually. Be involved with all the behind-the-scenes work to produce and host events—from wedding receptions to corporate meetings and banquets to trade shows, concerts, and other entertainment events.

This person is responsible for all management of food and beverage throughout the facility, including food quality, service and sanitation. This position will coordinate and direct the training and activities of all food service employees in food preparation, service and sanitation ensuring an efficient, timely and profitable operation by performing these duties and responsibilities personally or through staff under their supervision.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum two years of formal culinary/quantity food service management training; minimum two years culinary food preparation experience; and a minimum two years culinary management experience in a similar high volume food service operation. Ability to work irregular hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays. Full benefits package, 401K retirement plan, insurance offered. Salary based upon work experience and education. Servers / Bartenders – Food & Beverage Department
The Bridge View Center and VenuWorks is seeking responsible and dependable individuals who would like to pick up additional hours working at our variety of events – from wedding receptions to corporate meetings to trade shows, concerts, theater, and other entertainment events. Applicants should have the ability to perform physical labor and work irregular hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Since our business is event driven, available shifts vary with the requirements of each event. Applicants must be a team player and have a positive attitude since you will be dealing with clients and patrons. Customer service is a top priority.

Housekeeping / Set-up / Technical / Event Staff – Operations Department
Individuals interested in working behind the scenes to produce and host events at Bridge View Center may want to apply! We are seeking responsible and dependable individuals who would like to pick up additional hours preparing for and working a variety of events – from wedding receptions to corporate meetings to trade shows, concerts, theater, and other entertainment events. Applicants should have the ability to perform physical labor and work irregular hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays. Range of responsibilities include, but are not limited to: setting tables & chairs, running sound & lights in the theater, setting the arena for a concert, housekeeping before, during or after an event, programming lights in the expo hall, painting, general maintenance and so much more! Since our business is event driven, available shifts vary with the requirements of each event. Must be a team player and have the ability to work independently. Customer service is a top priority.

Groundskeeper – Operation Department
Bridge View Center is seeking a responsible and dependable individual who would like to pick up additional “seasonal” hours maintaining the exterior of the facility. Applicants should have the ability to perform physical labor and work irregular hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays. Range of responsibilities include, but are not limited to: mowing, trimming, maintaining landscaping and flower beds, tree care and winter snow removal. Ability to work independently and an “eye for detail” would be beneficial to this position.
