For the safety and security of our guests, employees, and performers, the following items have been prohibited by management and are not allowed in our venue at any time. If guests are in possession of a prohibited item, they may be asked to surrender the item or return it to a vehicle. In the event guests choose to leave the facility, refunds will not be given.
These items include, but are not limited to:
Banners and signs are permitted if they are in good taste, as deemed by building management. They must not be commercial in nature or utilize wood, metal, or support frames. They must not be hung or fastened anywhere in the facility or used in a way that obstructs another guest's view.
Please be advised, bag checks and hand-held metal detectors may be used at select concerts and other special events.
No re-entry is permitted.
Bridge View Center is a smoke-free facility. This also includes all Vape and E-Cig products.
Event Security Policy
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, select events may require the presence of a uniformed event staff security person(s). This determination is based on factors including but not limited to expected attendance, type of event, and venue-specific requirements.

If it is determined security is necessary for your event, Client will be responsible for the costs in hiring of event staff security person(s) and/or uniformed Ottumwa police officer(s). We will inform you in advance if this is required and the estimated costs.
