This year’s keynote speaker, Tom Hicks, is a lifelong educator, former college dean, and founder of Throw & Catch Consulting who uses the art of juggling to help audiences embrace failure, build resilience, and develop a growth mindset.
Highlights of the night include the presentation of the Gene Schultz Community Service Award, a tradition since 1993 honoring outstanding dedication to our community, and the recognition of the Business of the Year Award, celebrating excellence and achievement in our local business community.
