Celebrity Guests: Meet the stars from the iconic film Fright Night! We are thrilled to host Amanda Bearse, William Ragsdale, and Stephen Geoffreys. This is your chance to get autographs, take photos, and attend Q&A sessions with the cast of this beloved horror classic.
Independent Horror Film Festival: At the heart of our event is the film festival, showcasing the best in independent horror cinema from around the world. Discover new talent and experience a variety of thrilling, chilling, and visually stunning films.
The Zombie Walk: Join a horde of the undead and shamble through the streets of Ottumwa. It's a Halloweenapalooza tradition you won't want to miss!
Costume Contest: Show off your most creative, terrifying, or hilarious costume for a chance to win prizes. With categories for all ages, everyone can get in on the action.
Vendors and Artists: Peruse a massive selection of unique and spooky goods from horror-themed vendors, artists, and crafters. Find everything from movie memorabilia and custom artwork to special effects makeup and more!
The Rocky Horror Picture Show: We’ll conclude the event with a special late-night screening of this cult classic. Bring your props (no glitter!) and get ready for some audience participation!
