Leadership NOW Annual Regional Conference began in 2013 with the goal to increase the number of people in our region who are actively engaged in promoting and practicing positive leadership qualities. The conference is open to anyone who has an interest in leadership, particularly those who are interested in leadership as it applies to the local 10-county region. Ottumwa Leadership Academy and South Central Iowa Workforce Board partner to bring this day of learning and leadership development to southeast Iowa.
