Need a face mask? JBS Ottumwa has provided paper surgical masks for Ottumwa & Wapello County residents who need one. Ottumwa firefighters will be handing them out in the Bridge View Center parking lot Wednesday and Thursday from 8am to 10am and again from 4pm to 6pm.
