Ottumwa Community Children's Playhouse presents its annual OCCP Annual Halloween Dance from 6pm-8p. This event is open to kids in grades K-5 and admission is $10 (Parents Free). Prizes awarded for best costumes and door prizes will be given out throughout the evening. Parents are required to come inside when picking their children up.
