Wine Pairing Wednesday

Wine Pairing Wednesday will be held Wednesday, November 4 Social gathering begins at 5:30 p.m., dinner will be served at 6 p.m. The cost is $60 per person and RSVP is required by Monday, November 2, 12 p.m. Please RSVP to the BVC Administration Office at 641-684-7000 or info@bridgeviewcenter.com.

Wines are presented by Dimitri Wine & Spirits Vice President & General Sales Manager, Thomas A. Mason IV, from Davenport, Iowa.

The following is Chef Seth Simmons’ planned three course menu:

Starter

• Fresh Asian Garden Salad with Julienned Carrots, Shaved Radish, Pickled Red Peppers, Cashews, Wonton Strips and a Lemon Curry Vinaigrette. Paired with Kir-Yianni Akakies Sparkling Rosé.

Main Entrée

• Honey Garlic Ginger Pork Tenderloin with Purple Herb Garlic Potatoes and Grilled Black Sesame Bok Choy. Paired with Enrico Marcato Duo Appassimento Rosso.

Dessert

• Thai Caramel Cheesecake with a Macerated Tropical Dragon Fruit Blend and Fresh Whipped Cream. Paired with DaCosta Tawny Port.
