Buying Tickets

Tickets for all of our public, ticketed shows are available at our Bridge View Center ticket office or online at Ticketmaster.com.

Ticket Office

The Bridge View Center ticket office is open Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at 102 Church St. in Ottumwa. On event days, the ticket office is open 2 hours prior to show time. The ticket office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, except event days.

Directions, Map, and Parking

Bridge View Center and Ticketmaster are the ONLY authorized ticket sources for events held at Bridge View Center. If you purchase tickets from any other source, we cannot guarantee the validity of the ticket and you risk being denied admission, refund, or exchange if the ticket(s) are found to be fraudulent.

Inclement Weather

Inclement weather, especially during the winter/spring season, is part of our Iowa lifestyle - it can sometimes cause a few challenges. As they say in show business, “The show must go on!” Generally, performances will not be canceled due to unfavorable weather conditions and ticket refunds will not be available. In rare instances when a show is canceled due to weather, the information will be posted on our website and ticket holders for that specific performance will be notified. Updates will also be posted on Bridge View Center’s social media channels.

Postponed or Canceled Events - Ticket Information and Refunds

Tickets for original performances will be honored on the new scheduled date. We encourage patrons to hold on to their tickets for rescheduled events.
Those not able to attend the new show dates are eligible for refunds at their point of purchase.
For refunds, as long as the tickets were purchased through Ticketmaster or the Bridge View Center, guests may return to their point of purchase – Bridge View Center Ticket Office or visit Ticketmaster.com for tickets purchased online via Ticketmaster.
We are unable to refund tickets purchased through other vendors outside of Bridge View Center or Ticketmaster.
We are also unable to refund tickets for shows that have already passed, so if a guest has concerns we recommend they visit their point of purchase prior to the day of the show in order to receive their refund rather than missing the show and trying to get a refund for their unused ticket at a later date.

For Canceled Events

For tickets purchased through Ticketmaster.com, refunds will be automatically issued. No action is required.
For tickets purchased through the Bridge View Center Ticket Office, ticket holders will need to return to the Bridge View Center to receive a full refund.

Secondary Market Ticket Purchases

Bridge View Center occasionally hosts events that may sell out or only have limited seating left, so patrons sometimes go to the secondary market to purchase their tickets. Bridge View Center is not able to guarantee these tickets are legitimate because they were not purchased from our authorized ticket source, Ticketmaster.

By purchasing these tickets, you might be the victim of scalping. We have encountered siutations where a patron purchases tickets through one of these websites, and finds out that the tickets were counterfeit at the event, so they are not able to attend the show. Sometimes, while you may receive real event tickets, you end up paying more than face-value for those tickets.

Ticketmaster is the official ticket provider at Bridge View Center. In order to avoid missing an event, you should not purchase tickets from secondary websites unless they are an approved vendor of Bridge View Center.
