We offer an extensive menu and it features a varied selection of popular items designed to appeal to the needs of each of our clients and their guests. However, should the selections featured in our catering menu not fit your needs, please let us know and we welcome the opportunity to customize a menu unique to your special event or adaptable to your budget.

Meet Chef Daniel Wichhart

Chef Daniel Wichhart has been with our Bridge View Center | VenuWorks team since June 1, 2022. Chef Daniel grew up in Pella, Iowa, and began working in the food service industry at age 17, eventually graduating from the renowned Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY.

After graduating, his skills led him to positions in New York, St. Louis, and New Orleans before Iowa came calling him back home. Chef Daniel loves spending time with his three daughters and enjoys gardening in the warmer months. Chef Daniel most enjoys the wide variety of guests and clients he gets to serve and interact with on a daily basis, and also the diversity of his work as every day is something different.
